Long-form saju readings, drafted by Claude on a calculated chart and checked by a human

AI writes and reviews. It does not calculate.

The two failure modes in saju readings are a wrong chart calculation and confident sentences with no basis. We fixed the calculation in a calendar tool and the decision order in a sourced rulebook, and use Claude for drafting and independent review on top of them.

1. Intake HumanBirth date, birth time and the customer's questions arrive via KakaoTalk. Each question is listed so it can be checked off later.
2. Chart calculation Calendar toolThe four pillars and 10-year luck cycles are calculated with a manse-ryeok (Korean perpetual calendar) tool, including a local solar-time check. Claude does not generate these values.
3. Rulebook Sourced rulesA written rulebook fixes the order of judgment (structure, useful element, combinations and clashes, luck cycles). Each rule is tagged as consensus, disputed, or unsourced after checking published sources; unsourced rules are never stated as rules, and disputed points are not silently resolved.
4. Drafting ClaudeClaude writes the reading using only the calculated chart and the rulebook, in plain Korean a first-time reader can follow.
5. Two independent reviews ClaudeA separate Claude review pass recalculates and checks every claim against the rulebook (fact review), and another reads it as a layperson to confirm each question is answered without unexplained jargon (reader review).
6. Human edit and delivery HumanThe founder reads and edits every reading before it is sent. Follow-up questions within 24 hours are answered the same way.

Where we are taking this

• Today this pipeline runs through Claude Code. We are moving it to the Claude API so intake, drafting and both review passes run as one repeatable production pipeline.
• We want to add prompt caching for the shared rulebook, batch processing for non-urgent review passes, and evals that catch calculation and consistency errors before a human sees the draft.
• The same approach already powers script writing for the founder's daily market-briefing YouTube channel, Road to Billion.
